CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY RESALE ORDER?

If your order shows that it has begun processing, your order unfortunately cannot be canceled at this time. The goal is to complete all standard shipping orders within the 7-10 business day in-home window.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All resale sales are final within the BLANQI Renewed Program. However, we take an active role in each and every purchase to ensure you have a great experience. Please let us know if you don’t receive your item or the item you receive is not as described.

HOW CAN I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

You can make changes to your delivery address up until your order has shipped. To change your order contact support@blanqirenewed.com. Once your order has shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver to all 50 States in the USA, excluding APO/FPO Addresses. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. International shipping is not available at this time.
